Riverside Realty-Brunswick, Inc. requires all applicants to have a verifiable rental history of at least 1 year, or proof of making mortgage payments for at least 1 year, and to have a verifiable 1 year work history to be considered to rent any of our properties. Riverside Realty-Brunswick, Inc. allows up to 38% of an applicant's gross income to go towards the monthly rent qualifications.

For security purposes Riverside Realty-Brunswick, Inc. requires an application on file before showing any rental property. Applicants will not be charged a fee to view a property and their references will not be contacted. After the Applicant views a property the Applicant can then decide if the Applicant wants to have their application processed. If the Applicant chooses to have their application processed there is a $50.00 Non-Refundable Processing Fee and Riverside Realty-Brunswick, Inc. will then verify the Applicant's information.
